Detour’s Fall Orientation and auditions
Fall Orientation and Audition Schedule
September 4th, 4-6pm (Orientation)
September 11th, 4-6pm (Solo Audition)
September 18th, 4-6pm (Group Audition)
Anyone who wants to participate on stage for the fall show must prepare a short, 30-60 second solo audition. This can be a song you sing, something you dance to, or a short monologue from a play or movie that you love.
Solo auditions are a chance to practice being courageous as a performer, to support your fellow castmates, and to practice performing in front of an audience. Solo auditions are also your opportunity to showcase your skills for your directors.
Address: St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 2310 North 56th St., Phoenix, AZ 85008.
Park or get dropped off in the largest, north parking lot. Orientation, auditions, and rehearsals take place in Frederickson Hall.
